I want you to know more about me, how my passion for cooking came about and why I decided to share my experience and combine it with Portuguese culture, which is very rich in gastronomy. 
With our programs, you'll get to know various dishes of Portuguese cuisine, but also the history behind each ingredient. At the end, you'll be ready to cook (or just taste) Portuguese delicacies, for example with ingredients such as cod or veal.

My history

After completing his culinary education at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Chef Heitor de Melo embarked on a remarkable journey through the world of gastronomy. He honed his craft in the kitchens of some of the most prestigious hotels, including the renowned Lausanne Palace Hotel.

Years later, driven by a deep passion for his roots, Chef Heitor returned to his picturesque hometown in Portugal. There, he realized his dream and established one of the most esteemed catering companies, which has been delighting patrons for over three decades.

Today, Chef Heitor and his dedicated team are on a mission to introduce you to the very best of Portuguese cuisine. They aim to immerse you in the rich tapestry of flavors, from delectable dishes to exquisite wines. With a deep respect for tradition and a love for the tools and utensils that have shaped Portuguese culinary heritage, they bring the essence of Portugal to your plate.
