After studying at the École Hotelière de Lausanne, Chef Heitor de Melo worked in the most prestigious hotels such as Lausanne Palace Hotel. Years later, when returning to his hometown in Portugal he founded one of the most reputed catering companies for more than 30 years.
Today, he and his team are focused on showing you the best of Portuguese cuisine, from food to wine, from traditions to typical utensils.
